2010 has been an amazing year for OwnerIQ NYC.  Our team is triple the size, revenue is growing at a rapid clip and today we passed another important milestone in the lifecycle of a start-up: in addition to our Boston HQ, we now have our own lease in NYC and have moved out of shared professional space.

Our new home is 352 7th Ave (between 29th and 30th).

Our Account Manager Ann had first pick in the desk lottery and got a nice corner window seat.  I took the last pick, but the desk doesn’t matter since our proximity to Penn Station cuts the commuting time for me and most other members of the team.

I couldn’t  be prouder of the sales team and what we’ve accomplished this year.  Our new office is a very visible part of the accomplishment, but our progress in the marketplace is no less significant. At the start of the year very few people knew about us and even fewer were buying. We now have more than 100 active clients and and the Ownership Targeting message taking hold.
